Size: small. I am 5'7" and fit just fine, in fact it will work for people 5'5" - 5'9" really well.

Almost all components replaced and upgraded, except the rear shock and rear wheel:

I broke my arm in early summer 2008 and didn't have time to ride this summer, so only rode the bike about 1/2 season. It's a sweet bike that needs to be ridden! It has a ding in the fork lower from the arm-breaking fall, but it is superficial only, and the bike of course has a few other scratches and dings.

The bike rides great - it's set up a bit squishy since I'm only 155lbs, but you can stiffen it up if you want. I also did maintenance such as replacing cable and housing, as well as tuneups regularly, and cleaned the bike after every ride.
