Would more teachers with guns make schools safer?

More guns in the hands of teachers and administrators could effectively make schools safer and better prepared for active shooters, a Utah gun instructor said.

Imagine if junior high students were able to create their own cities. The Granite School District will implement a program that will let students do just that, in a way.
