Judge orders more disclosure in Ensign probe

The public might get more insight into why the Department of Justice decided not to pursue charges against former Nevada Sen. John Ensign, who resigned from Congress amid an ethics probe involving his affair with a former campaign staffer and questions about whether he violated federal law in trying to hide the affair.

As Edgar Falcon and Maricruz Valtierra exchanged vows, they attracted the attention of hundreds of morning commuters Tuesday at the Santa Fe border bridge in El Paso, craning their necks to see the couple standing on the dividing line between the U.S. and Mexico.
