The Utah Department of Health is reaching out to smokers who want to quit with their new "be a quitter campaign." The program focuses on the use of social media and video updates for users to share their quit experience with Utahns in hopes to help inspire others to quit alongside them.

Podcasts allow people all over to share their views, and engage an audience they may not have had a chance to before. Hello Sweetie is a Utah based podcast with an all female panel talking about all things geeky.And Charity "Cherri" Mack, Kristal Starr-Neilson, Rebecca Frost, and Danielle "Über Alles" are the women behind it.
