Correction: Congo-Plane Crash story

In a story March 4 about a plane crash in Congo's eastern city of Goma, The Associated Press reported erroneously that 36 passengers were killed in the crash, citing the city's mayor. The plane crash killed 7 people. The mayor corrected the death toll on March 5, and it was confirmed by an airline and rescue official.

Zimbabwe resort town on full rogue lion alert

Wildlife rangers in Zimbabwe put the northern resort town of Kariba on full alert Wednesday after rogue lions mauled to death two people near a suburb there.
