Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk (ahr-SEHN'-ee yaht-sehn-YOOK') is flying to Washington Wednesday to meet President Barack Obama. Yatsenyuk is calling on the West to defend Ukraine against Russia, which the prime minister says "is armed to the teeth." Yatsenyuk also is asking wealthy Ukrainians to build up their country's army and military arsenal.
