More parents are giving their elementary age children cell phones, but how young is too young? Parents weigh in on the right age to give kids their own phone.

Backlash anticipated over surprise 'F' grades for some Utah schools

The State Office of Education will release the first school grades Tuesday under a state law that evaluates schools based on proficiency, participation and progress. But some schools will be surprised at that F grade.

Artist collaborates with 4-year-old daughter; results are spectacular

When artist Mica Angela Hendricks worked on some sketches in the presence of her 4-year-old daughter, she expected to work in peace while her daughter doodled in her own sketchbook. What happened next, and the subsequent results, took Hendricks by surprise.
