Many at-risk students are slipping through the cracks, skipping school until they are forgotten or they end up not graduating. That's setting themselves up for a hard life. But many educators are working hard to change these kids' lives by creating programs to target and help at-risk students.

The sun splurge you get from a tanning bed significantly increases your risk of developing skin cancer, and that risk goes up the earlier you start. A new study has experts calling on states and the FDA to beef up tanning bed restrictions, before teenage melanoma cases skyrocket.
