LOS ANGELES (AP) — A $50,000 reward is being offered to find a rapist who attacked a Los Angeles college student at a fraternity house during a Halloween party.

City News Service says the City Council offered the reward Friday for information leading to an arrest and conviction. Loyola Marymount University offered a $20,000 reward earlier this year.

Police say the woman was raped around midnight last Nov. 1 at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house off-campus.

Investigators say the victim didn't know her attacker. They're asking anyone who may have been at that party to come forward.
