LAS VEGAS (AP) — A pedestrian trying to cross Interstate 15 caused a two-vehicle accident when a driver tried to avoid hitting the walking person.
KSNV-TV (http://bit.ly/1LUdnHW ) that Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Loy Hixson says the accident happened around 12:30 p.m. on Friday. A Toyota van ran into a Honda when its driver tried to avoid hitting the man.
The pedestrian ended up on the other side of the freeway and received medical treatment. Hixon says he may be cited for trying to cross the Interstate.
