ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) — Police have arrested a St. Cloud man who they say put his finger in the mouth of a 3-year-old girl at the city library and asked her to come home with him.

St. Cloud police booked the 66-year-old man at the Stearns County Jail for investigation of disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. They say he didn't expose himself at the library but the potential charge can apply to someone who "engages in any open or gross lewdness" or "any public indecency."

Police say he also offered money to at least one other child at the St. Cloud Public Library to come home with him. They say he admitted that he had done similar things on city buses.

They say there was no sexual contact between the man and the children at the library.
