CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — A Cheyenne elementary school teacher has been charged with seven felony counts of sexual abuse of a minor.
Anna-Maria Andersen is charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, five counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and one count of third-degree sexual abuse of a minor.
Court documents filed Friday show Andersen is accused of having sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of 14 on four occasions since June 2012.
The 54-year-old Andersen is a sixth-grade teacher at Cheyenne's Freedom Elementary School.
Court documents are unclear about whether the victim is a former student of Andersen's.
