After a three-hour hearing Wednesday, 3rd District Judge Ryan Harris changed his mind and declined to issue a ruling on the amount of a bond Park City Mountain Resort must pay its landlord to continue operations through the upcoming ski season.

Peanut, almond and nut butters recalled on fears of salmonella

The FDA announced Tuesday that nSpired Natural Foods Inc. is voluntarily recalling several lots of peanut, almond and other nut butters on fears of salmonella contamination. The nationwide recall also includes nut butters sold in Smith's Food and Drug stores.

An innovative rehab clinic has bucked the traditional rehab business model to give patients a better life. The clinic was started by Dr. Dale Hull, a local doctor who started it after a trampoline accident left him a quadriplegic.
