Stocks are ending the day solidly higher following a two day slide triggered by Britain's vote to leave the European Union. Energy stocks made some of the biggest gains thanks to an increase in the price of crude oil. Bank stocks that were hard hit by the "leave" vote also rose. The Dow gained 269 points to 17,409. The S&P gained 35 to 2,036. And the Nasdaq climbed 97 points to 4,691. European markets saw even bigger gains.
