BELGRADE, Serbia (AP) — Officials say a Turkish Airlines jet on a flight from Istanbul to London has made an emergency landing in Belgrade after an unaccounted-for tablet was located on board.
Airline officials said Thursday that some 300 passengers were evacuated into the Belgrade airport terminal and after security officials inspected the tablet and the aircraft, the flight was resumed.
They say there was no evidence of any explosive device found in the Boeing 777 aircraft.
