Outlook

A break from storm activity tonight and Wednesday morning, but with the flow still coming from the WNW, expect cooler temps to linger. Round 2 of storms begins to move in Wednesday afternoon. Heaviest shower tactility will be during the evening and overnight hours. After 6 AM on Thursday, showers will become MUCH lighter and more scattered, but will linger in a few spots to the evening. With the cooler air-mass in place, will see a rain snow mix in the valley. Minor accumulations on grassy surfaces not out of the question, but roadways will be too warm to support accumulating snow in the valleys. Could get slushy at times in the higher mountain passes. Another round moves in from north to south Friday into Saturday. Dan Guthrie - KSL Weather 4.25.2017
