(KSL News) Last call for a popular bar in downtown Salt Lake.

Tomorrow night, Port O'Call will close its doors for the final time after 20 years in operation. The building housing the bar has been condemned to make way for the new federal courthouse.

Those who frequently go to the bar say they're sad to see it go.

Chelsea Stevenson said, "I'm so sad this bar is closing. I've met some amazing people here. It's a wonderful social outlet."

Owner Kent Knowley said, "Our patrons have been absolutely great. They are all upset. We've always had a very loyal following."

The government's condemnation suit values the building and land at about $5.5 million, but the owners say the fair market value is "substantially higher" than that.

Later this year a jury will decide how much the property is actually worth.
