Fire investigators are trying to figure out what sparked a Davis County house fire Wednesday afternoon. A woman who was inside at the time said she credits nearby construction workers with saving her life.

They may not be as frequent or as damaging as those elsewhere, but Utah has some experience with tornadoes. There are at least three or four tornadoes statewide every year, but now technology can buy times to save lives.
