CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- Constitution Party presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin says his policies are the best fit with the values of Utah residents.

Baldwin made a campaign stop in a Cedar City park Monday. He spent an hour talking about political issues, including immigration, abortion and trade.

Baldwin says his ideals match those of most Utahns -- limited government and upholding the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

He says neither the Republican or Democratic parties have the courage to cut government spending.

Baldwin also made stops in St. George, Nephi and Richfield.

State chairman Frank Fluckiger says Utah's Constitution Party organization is a model for other states. The party is organized in all but six of Utah's 29 counties.
