CEDAR CITY — Police are looking for an older man who robbed a Wells Fargo Bank at 797 S. Main Street Saturday.

Just before 2 p.m., surveillance cameras captured images of the man walking into the bank and handing a teller a note. On the note was a written demand for money, police said.

"The suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash and left the bank on foot," police said in a written statement.

The man appeared to be in his 60s and had gray hair, police said. He was wearing a dark colored coat and a tan hat.

Anyone with information on the robber's identity is asked to call Cedar City police at 435-586-2956.
