Andrew Adams reporting It's mostly misdemeanor charges for a group of local teens who were doing a lot more than talking on their cell phones. Prosecutors say they're reserving the serious charges for a handful of teens in the Davis County cell phone nude picture flap.

The Davis County attorney says only a few of the kids implicated will get felony charges because their crimes are more serious.

"All of the other situations and circumstances we're looking at we're going to deal with on a misdemeanor level, and hopefully even most of those won't even have to appear in court," attorney Troy Rawlings said.

But Rawlings says it's important to send a message that this is illegal, and it's wrong.

He says this behavior is spreading like wildfire through county schools. He just learned yesterday of two schools with similar problems.
