(KSL News) A Summit County sheriff's deputy was injured tonight when he swerved to miss a moose that had been hit by another car just ahead of him.
Crews had to cut off the top of the deputy's car in order to get him out. They carried him to an ambulance for a ride to the hospital.
He suffered a broken leg, but he's going to recover.
