MANILA, Daggett County — The body of a fisherman missing since Sunday has been located at Flaming Gorge Reservoir.

Authorities found the body of 46-year-old Danny Angelo Durante, of Jackson, Wyo., at about 10:05 p.m. Thursday. Durante was found in about 100 feet of water, about 100 feet south of where his boat was found capsized Sunday.

A side-scan sonar was used by the Utah Department of Public Safety dive team to locate the body, which was then removed by the Summit County Sheriff's Department with a remote-controlled device.

Durante's partially submerged boat was spotted at about 5:45 p.m. Sunday in the Jug Hollow area by a group of boaters. Conditions at the reservoir at the time were very poor, according to the sheriff's office.
