SALT LAKE CITY — Police are searching for a man who robbed a Salt Lake business late Monday night.
Lt. Craig Gleason with the Salt Lake City Police Department said a man entered the Sconecutter at 2040 S. State St. around 11 p.m. He handed an employee a note that suggested he had a weapon.
Witnesses say the employee gave the man some money, and then the robber fled. A detailed description was not immediately available.
Police are reviewing surveillance video from neighboring stores, which they expect will provide more details about the crime.
