(KSL News) A man pleads guilty to hitting and killing a woman in a wheelchair at a Vernal intersection.
Last October Timothy Carlile hit 71-year-old Sharon Robinson as she maneuvered her motorized wheelchair across the street.
Court records show Carlile had a blood-alcohol level of .39 at the time of the accident. The legal limit is .08.
The Deseret Morning News reports Robinson's family is filing a wrongful death lawsuit against Carlile.
