The Vatican recent issued its 10 Commandments for motorists to keep them on the road to salvation. Now some Utahns have come up with their own list.
Herman said, "Be courteous, even if you're from California."
"Thou shalt not tailgate, or if you see a young woman come behind you in a hot Honda, you better move over," said Nolan.
Wayne said, "The first one would be to change, to turn the signal on when you're changing lanes; even the police don't do it."
