Two robberies and two people shot in Ogden overnight; police say a diminutive gunman may be linked to all of it.
First, a woman was robbed of her purse at gunpoint. Ogden police say the suspect was described as 5 feet tall and weighing 160 pounds.
Next, a man was robbed of his backpack and shot in the leg. That suspect was described as a short, heavy-set Hispanic male.
Ogden police Lt. Scott Sangberg says a guy who matched that description was asleep in a home where two other men were shot at on the front porch. "Of course, he doesn't know anything," Sangberg said.
Stranger yet, the ID belonging to the woman who was robbed was found on the driveway at the home that was shot up.
The Ogden Standard-Examiner reports that the man found in the home was photographed and released. Police are still trying to put it all together.
