SOCHI, Russia (AP) - He warmed up with figure skating and a visit to the U.S. and Canadian houses. Now it's time for Russian President Vladimir Putin's main event _ a men's hockey showdown between Russia and the United States.

Putin arrived at Bolshoy Ice Dome with IOC President Thomas Bach, sharing box seats with the Olympic executive at one of the most highly anticipated events of the Sochi Games.
