MONTREAL (AP) — Bobby Burling scored for Colorado in the 73rd minute and the Rapids tied the Montreal Impact 2-2 on Saturday.

Shkelzen Gashi also scored for Colorado (5-2-2). The Rapids won their previous three games.

Didier Drogba and Maxim Tissot scored for Montreal (4-3-2). The Impact ended a disappointing run of three games in eight days with two draws and a loss.

The Impact dominated the early going and got the first goal on Drogba's free kick after Ignacio Piatti was pulled down by Burling just outside the Colorado penalty area. Drogba looped a shot just inside the left post from 25 yards in the ninth minute for his second of the season.

Colorado tied it two minutes into the second half. Mekeil Williams crossed the ball in from the left side and it went in off Gashi.

Montreal struck back in the 50th when Tissot drilled a shot along the ground from distance that went just inside Zac MacMath's left post.

The Rapids tied it when Gashi's free kick into a crowd in the Montreal box was nudged forward by Axel Sjoberg to Burling, who put it in from the doorstep.
