CINCINNATI (AP) — Nick Foles is back as the St. Louis Rams' starting quarterback with Case Keenum limited as he recovers from a head injury.

Foles started the first nine games for the Rams (4-6), who are ranked last in the NFL in passing yards. He was replaced last week by Keenum, who suffered a head injury during a 16-13 loss at Baltimore and went into the NFL's concussion protocol.

Keenum was cleared to practice but was limited all week, prompting the Rams to go back to Foles for their game against the Cincinnati Bengals (8-2).

Foles has completed 57 percent of his passes with seven touchdowns, six interceptions and a passer rating of 75.9.
