PRAGUE (AP) - Former Czech Prime Minister Pertr Necas and his one-time chief of staff _ both of whom have been ensnared by a major anti-corruption sting operation _ have gotten married in a secret ceremony, according to the media and a lawyer.

Jana Nagyova, the former aide, effectively caused the collapse of Necas' government in June in a whirlwind of corruption allegations and marital infidelity. Necas admitted having an affair with her and divorced his wife after the fall of his government.

On Tuesday, Necas accompanied Nagyova when she refused to testify again in the case. Nagyova's lawyer confirmed media reports that they wed over the weekend.

Legal experts say the marriage will have no effect on the investigation. Necas is not a suspect.

Early parliamentary elections are scheduled on Oct 25-26.
