We're a day ahead of of National Pi Day, and we're talking about the mathematical constant 3.14159. But around the world, we recognize a different kind of pie, that includes delicious desserts and pizza pies, and all kinds of other dishes!
We're celebrating this year with Tehmi Brimhall, the woman behind June Pies.
She started a year ago with the idea of five pies a week and would sell them on her Instagram and Facebook pages. But then it quickly turned into 10 pies a day, and then 10 pies of two flavors to almost 30 pies a day. Now, June Pies has a store in Heber to be open hopefully in mid-April.
