The country is celebrating National Family Day on Monday September 22nd, and we want you to take some time and eat dinner together as a family.
Heather Anderson and Stephen Wright from ParentsEmpowered.org are telling us today about how that parental influence through eating dinner together can really make a difference. Studies have also showed that eating dinner as a family decreases the rates of underage drinking by 51%.
