Why would anyone want to do a workout called "insanity?"
The high impact workout employs Max interval training -- which employs long intervals of intense exercises with short periods of rest. The effect? Up to one thousand calories burned in just an hour.
Up until now, if you wanted this "insane" workout you had to buy a DVD set... But now the live classes are coming to Utah. The trainers say the live element will really help people embrace the workout -- even if they feel it may be out of their league.
