**BLAKE BARNEY**QB • 6-0 • 180 • Fr.St. George, Utah (Dixie HS) Blake comes to Weber State from Dixie High School in St. George, Utah...Plans to serve an LDS Church mission before coming to Weber State...Played for Coach Monkres at Dixie and led the team to the Utah 3A state title as a senior in 2012...Was named the Utah State 3A MVP by the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News...Earned First Team All-State honors and was the MVP of the state championship game...Threw for 160-283 for 2,805 yards and 27 touchdowns during the season...In his career at Dixie he threw for 7,236 yards and 60 touchdowns...Was a three-sport athlete at Dixie and also played basketball and track...Was born July 30, 1994 in St. George...Parents are Shayne and Lisa Barney.
