For several years, the Pritchett and Smiley families have been showing up on the door steps of families around Christmas to give a special child, some exciting news.

And finally our winner tonight is a sight you don't see very often. Ryan was driving down I-15 with his kids a few days ago when they came across this scene. He writes, "the Utah Highway Patrol responded to reports of "fowl Play" on I-15 during the morning commute on the northbound lanes in Sandy."

In the waning light, below Flaming Gorge Dam, DWR biologists and volunteers have set up an outdoors laboratory. The goal, catch, tag and process nearly one thousand fish.

Our winner tonight is a couple of darling daughters. Sisters Maddie and Ella woke their parents wearing their matching, pink fishing vests and holding their fishing rods. They announced that it was perfect weather to go fishing.
