SALT LAKE CITY — A new high-tech mirror will help you get your good side, and post it online.
Called the "The Self Enhancing Life Feed Image Engine,” this S.E.L.F.I.E. mirror will snap a picture of you (and your friends) and put it on Twitter for you. Selfies have never been so easy.
According to Mashable, this project by digital agency iStrategyLabs, contains a MacMini behind the 2-way mirror, a web cam and LED lights to illuminate the photo subject, and it lets you know when to strike your pose. A smile triggers the camera.
Technically, a selfie is not just a photo of yourself, but one you take of yourself. So while this mirror won’t be providing an actual selfie, it will definitely be a boon for those who enjoy taking their own headshots.
The S.E.L.F.I.E. is only an experiment, but you can contact iStrategyLabs if you want one for yourself.
