ARNOLD, Mo. — We love showing funny, bizarre and adorable videos in Have You Seen This, and sometimes we love to share something that is otherworldly touching and sweet.

John Berlin is a personal trainer from Missouri, and he recently posted a plea to Facebook.

Berlin lost his 21-year-old son to natural causes in 2012 and wanted to get a look at his son’s Facebook video. Facebook recently released videos that take posts and photos from your personal account and make a one-minute video of your "Facebook life."

Berlin and his family desperately wanted to see his son’s video, but they don’t have his account login info and have not been able to contact anyone at Facebook to find it. In a last effort, Berlin posted this video pleading for friends, family and anyone who came across it to share the video in hopes of it reaching Facebook.

The video of Berlin getting emotional as he talks about his son and his desire to see the video is both touching and heartbreaking.

The video almost immediately went viral, and Berlin has already received a response from Facebook.

“It worked. I was just contacted by FB by phone and they’re going to make a vid just for us,” Berlin wrote on a Facebook post. “They also said they’re going to look at how they can better help families who have lost loved ones.”
