(KSL New) Salt Lake County District Attorney Lohra Miller could file charges against a private investigator and the person who hired him to follow her around.

Todd Gabler acknowledged he followed Miller for months in hopes of finding evidence of underage drinking at her West Jordan home. He says he continued the project on his own even after the client stopped paying him.

Miller called Gabler's actions an invasion of privacy.

Recently, Miller has found herself the subject of stories on both television and in newspapers, but has media coverage into her personal life been fair? That's the subject of today's Talking Point.
