PYEONGCHANG, South Korea — Believe it or not, the 2018 Winter Olympics are only nine months away, and we’ve got your first look at the expected top athletes from around the world!
OK, I’m only kidding. The “athletes” in this video are actually babies, but I’m not kidding when I say you’ll want to cheer them on anyway.
The adorable video was put out by the Olympic Channel and features tiny children from around the world "competing" in "Olympic" events like the "10-meter toddle." Sure, the kids might not have all the technical skill or strength (or knowledge of how to cross a finish line) that you see from adult athletes, but that does not stop the toddlers from giving it their all.
Yesterday's Have You Seen This?
As the announcer says, these kids really understand struggle, intensity, triumph and most importantly, how to be really cute.
Watch the video, cheer for the baby Olympic athletes and get excited for Pyeongchang 2018, which starts in 285 days, but who's counting?
