ROOSEVELT, Utah (AP) -- Utah health officials are reporting another death related to swine flu -- the fourth this flu season.
A 31-year-old Roosevelt man died on Tuesday. Uintah Basin Medical Center spokesman Gary Child says the man had some preexisting medical conditions. Child would not provide further details.
Tri County Health Department spokeswoman Jeramie Tubbs says the man was in the hospital receiving treatment for several days before he died.
The Utah Department of Health had already reported three swine flu-related deaths this flu season.
The department also said Wednesday that 127 people have been hospitalized either with the H1N1 virus or the seasonal flu. Officials said that number is unusual so early in the flu season.
Illness has forced Tooele High School to postpone Friday's football game with East High because about a third of the players and the coaches are home sick.
