SANTAQUIN, Utah County — A vehicle rollover closed both lanes of I-15 southbound for several hours Tuesday, Utah Department of Transportation officials said.

Officials said a truck pulling a trailer rolled getting onto I-15 southbound Tuesday morning and blocked both lanes for several hours. Both lanes reopened shortly after noon after crews were able to remove debris to the shoulder of the freeway.

The crash was fully cleared around 2 p.m. The cause of the crash was not given.

UDOT officials said the crash had caused five to 15-minutes delays for some time but no severe traffic backup was reported.
