VERNAL — Police are asking for the public's help in finding three men who went missing nearly a week ago.

Robert Alan Spoon, 33; Jason Ralph Tilt, 33; and Jacob Douglas Tilt, 29, were reported missing on Friday, according to a news release issued Sunday by the Vernal Police Department.

The statement says the three men were last seen Monday evening in a black 2004 Chevrolet Silverado truck with a temporary tag. Family members told police all three have cell phones, but they've "either run out of battery life or been turned off."

Police and family members have questioned people who know the missing men and searched several areas in the Unitah Basin to no avail, the statement said.

Anyone with information on these men is asked to contact the Uintah County Central Dispatch Center at 435-789-4222.
