A 36-year-old woman died after falling about 100 feet while hiking Mt. Olympus Sunday afternoon, police said.

A 30-year-old man is dead following a shooting and hit-and-run rollover crash Sunday morning, police said.

LDS missionaries injured in car crash in Sierra Leone

A man was killed and four LDS missionaries were injured after a car crash in Sierra Leone, Africa, Wednesday, officials for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints said.

Four missionaries, including two from Utah, and a member from a local congregation were traveling in a van on a highway when another vehicle attempted to pass a truck on that highway and hit their van, according to a statement released by LDS Church spokesman Eric Hawkins on Saturday.
