SALT LAKE CITY — Police asked for help Thursday morning to locate a missing 64-year-old man who requires insulin four times a day. He was found safe Thursday afternoon.

Charles Devoe went missing at about 7:45 p.m. Wednesday from the Canyon Rim Care Center located at 3300 South and 2700 East, according to the Unified Police Department. Investigators said he was found safe and in good health at 200 E. South Temple.

Police considered Devoe to be missing and endangered due to his health condition. In addition to being insulin dependent, Devoe reportedly has schizophrenia.
