SALT LAKE CITY — There are eight [Utah State Board of Education](http://www.schools.utah.gov/board/) seats up for election this year. Of those, seven are in a primary. The [Utah Association of Public Charter Schools](https://utahcharters.org/) has organized debates for every district facing a primary. UAPC partnered with [KSL Newsradio](http://www.ksl.com/?nid=16), [The Hinckley Institute of Politics](http://www.hinckley.utah.edu/) and [The Sutherland Institute](http://sutherlandinstitute.org/) to bring these to as many voters as possible.
