SANDY — Utah State hasn’t been at any satellite camps recently, but the Aggies have been busy.

Last Thursday wrapped up the athletic department’s caravan tour across the state, finishing off at Hidden Valley Country Club in Sandy.

Athletic department coaches and officials of every Utah State team were on hand to meet the fan base, chat with boosters and relax with long-standing and new coming friends during the tour that covered Utah and Idaho.

“It’s great to be able to talk not only Aggie football, but all of our athletic programs,” Utah State football coach Matt Wells said. “It’s good to keep people in the know.”

Utah State athletic director John Hartwell called it “more of a friend-raiser than a fundraiser.”

“What it does is allow some exposure for our fan base to get to visit with our coaches and to hear from them,” Hartwell said.
