SALT LAKE CITY — Warmer temperatures, cleaner air and the next thing you know spring will be here.

The elements of winter can take a toll on our activity levels, causing some of us to become more sedentary in the colder months, but don't let that stop you. Finding ways to be active year-round can really payoff.

Whether you're looking to get back on track with your goals or just looking to be active and feel healthy again, the change begins now. Do you have plans to run a marathon, a 5K, or just looking to do some more hiking or biking this summer?

Watch the video to discover what you need to be doing right now to set you up for success for the rest of the year. Learn how to make a healthy, tasty recipe for seafood lovers that will work wonders for your immune system. Plus, a seven-minute workout that's been scientifically proven work, without the expensive gym equipment.

There are three things to keep in mind to help you stay on track. First, if you feel uncomfortable going to a gym or starting an exercise program, just find ways to get moving. Park further out, take the stairs or take a quick walk around the office to give your brain a much needed break. Make small changes and as activity becomes easier, add another five minutes or increase the level of difficulty to help build up endurance.

Second, leave little promptings in your everyday environment. Little sticky notes, inspirational pictures or quotes to serve as a daily reminder to keep us motivated and on track.

Third, and most important, keep a positive attitude. If our focus is on our failures we'll never move forward. Just let go. Today is a new day; let's make the best of it.
