PROVO — Lexi Eaton Rydalch moved to the No. 2 spot on BYU's all-time scoring list, and took home her second-straight West Coast Conference women's basketball player of the week nod Monday in doing so.

Rydalch averaged 29 points, six rebounds and three assists in back-to-back road wins at Pacific and Saint Mary's last week, helping the Cougars (20-4, 12-1 WCC) to a 12-game win streak and a one-game lead on San Diego for the top spot in the league standings.

The former Springville High standout tallied a career-high 38 points against the Tigers, giving her 2,330 career points at BYU. Rydalch trails just Tina Gunn Robinson on the all-time list; the former BYU All-American center scored 2,759 career points for the Cougars from 1976-80, including an average of 31 points per game during her final two seasons.

Rydalch's honor is the senior's third player of the week nod overall in 2015-16 and the fifth-straight league honor for BYU women's basketball. Teammate Kalani Purcell was tabbed WCC player of the week for three-straight weeks before Rydalch's consecutive streak.

After a four-game road trip, BYU returns to the Marriott Center for the first of a three-game home stand Thursday at 6 p.m. against San Francisco and at 12 p.m. MT Saturday against Santa Clara.
