Murfreesboro, Tenn. — An inspirational picture taken at a Murfreesboro fast food restaurant has been shared thousands of times on social media.

A Chick-fil-A manager shared a moment of prayer with a homeless man who came into the restaurant.

Justin Burkeen had just spent hours on the side of the road trying to make money with no luck. He was hungry and away from his home inside a bus.

"I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could help me out, and he was really nice and offered me a sandwich," Burkeen said.

"I grabbed him some food and a drink, and I just asked," said Joshua Stout, the manager of the Chick-fil-A. "The only think he allowed me to do was pray over him."

The touching moment between two strangers was caught on camera and posted on social media.

"As they started praying, I looked and was dashing for my phone," said Joey Mustain, who took the photo. "I was praying and was like, 'God, make this prayer last so I can get a picture of this.' And snapped it."

Mustain's photo has now been shared hundreds of thousands of times on Facebook.

"The story is not about homeless people. It's really not about the prayer. It's just humanity, two people staring each other in the face. One person has and one has not," Mustain said.

For Mustain's 3-year-old daughter, a father-daughter ice cream date turned into a lifelong lesson.

"She's just conditioned, and heard the word prayer and put her head down and we prayed," Mustain said. "After it was over, we kind of marinated in it."
